JASMINA VICO'S visionary skin treatments are influenced by neuroscience, transhumanism, AI and the aesthetics of David Lynch. Vico harnesses technologies such as laser and infrared LED treatments, adapted from their original military and aeronautical contexts to bridge a space between spa treatments and facelifts. Vico predicts a shift towards the “digitalisation” of the face, as masks and wearables will increasingly shield against facial recognition technology. Beauty in a Vico-future will embrace different values.
